πŸŽ‰ **Get Ready for a Summer Fair with a Festival Twist!** 🎢 We’re thrilled to welcome you to this year’s Summer Fair at George Eliot Academy – and this time, we’re turning up the volume with a brand-new festival vibe! Our incredibly talented pupils will take to the **outdoor stage in Linford playground** for two exciting performances, showcasing a mix of music styles to suit every taste. The first performance kicks off at **2:10 PM**, surrounded by a lively afternoon of fun stalls and games, all organised by our pupils through their form groups. It’s the perfect way for pupils to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the sunshine together! Then, from **5 PM**, we open the gates to the whole community for an evening of entertainment and delicious treats. Alongside our second performance, you'll find a variety of local stalls and mouth-watering food – from sizzling BBQ burgers and authentic German sausages to sweet crepes, donuts, and homemade bakes. Refreshments will be flowing, and good vibes guaranteed! 🌟 **Entry is completely free** – so bring your friends, bring your family, and come support our amazing students. Thank you to all parents and pupils for their support with good attendance during the recent hot weather. From tomorrow (Monday) temperatures are expected to be significantly lower meaning that full uniform will be expected as usual. We will monitor temperatures regularly and inform you of any changes to uniform expectations.

Yesterday afternoon, pupils in form 9D2 enjoyed a Movie & Mocktails reward afternoon as a celebration of winning the year wide competition for merits, attendance and punctuality. Well done 9D2!

And that is that! Year 11s final exam is over and done for 2025. You should all be incredibly proud of the tenacity and ambition you have shown during this exam period. We will be in touch with you all soon with results day arrangements but for now... enjoy!
